Transfer of securities

Transfer of securities with securities certificates (Scrip)

To register for the transfer of securities at TSD, securities holders must submit the following documents:

A securities certificate
The original share certificate(s) which is/are endorsed by transferor and transferee

The registrar will register the transfer of securities to the transferee and deliver the securities certificates to the transferee once the documents are verified and complete.
