Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited (TSD)
is a subsidiary of the Stock Exchange of Thailand that has operated a comprehensive post-trade service center since 1 January 1995. Thanks to TSD's cutting-edge computerized systems that adhere to international standards, customers can rest assured that their information will be collected, processed, and stored accurately and securely. Securities depository services
TSD serves as a central securities depository for stocks and bonds, using a secure and efficient scripless system to provide services for securities deposit, withdrawal, transfer, pledge, and revocation through its depository participants.
Securities registration services
TSD acts as a securities registrar for SET- and mai-listed securities as well as unlisted securities such as debt securities. It offers a variety of services to both issuers and securities holders, such as the upkeep of securities information, the preparation of register books, and the payment of benefits to securities holders, and is in charge of ensuring that the shareholding proportion of foreign investors remains in compliance with regulatory requirements. TSD also offers an e-Service for investors to check and make transactions whenever and wherever they want.
