Issuer Account
An issuer account is an account opened in a securities depository system by a securities issuing company to facilitate securities trading and to reduce the risk of certificate loss, damage, or counterfeiting. Holders who deposit securities in the issuer account can use the account to deposit, withdraw, transfer, and accept transferred securities.
Deposit securities

A securities holder can deposit securities in the issuer account at TSD by submitting the following documents:

Securities Transfer between an issuer account and a depository participant account
A securities holder, who wants to transfer securities from a depository participant's account to an issuer account or vice versa, can directly contact the participant with whom he/she has deposited securities.
