TSD Investor Portal simplifies and expedites dividend tax management by allowing securities holders to download their tax information and submit it to the Revenue Department online. They can also view a summary of the tax calculation (categorized by tax payment rates)

Users acknowledge and agree that TSD Investor Portal service provides related services to facilitate investors. Services under TSD Investor Portal service are included but not limited to the access or enquiry of investor’s information, self-service to amend personal information through the online system by using the internet network and/or access to the information under the scope of services provided by TSD. Examples of provided services include Securities Holder Information, Balance of Securities Holding (Scrip & Issuer Account), Statement of Securities Holding in Issuer Account, Inquiry about documents sent and returned by postal service, and Withholding Tax Certificates Report. In the future, TSD may provide additional services such as data storage and collection on rights exercised or securities transactions conducted by securities holders.
Thus, by accessing any services under TSD Investor Portal service, it shall be deemed that Users agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions for using TSD Investor Portal service and the specific terms and conditions of use (if any) of such additional services.

7. Applicable Law
Terms and conditions for using this TSD Investor Portal service are governed and interpreted under the laws of Thailand. The Thai court has the authority to determine disputes, which may arise, according to the terms and conditions of this service.
8. Application of Privacy Policy
Users acknowledge and agree that the personal information that the users have provided to TSD, including the access and usage data of the TSD Investor Portal service and other services linked to the TSD Investor Portal service will be processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Notice of the SET group. Users have already read and acknowledged the details and specifications relating to the Privacy Notice of the SET group.

- “Users” means TSD Investor Portal service users
- “Personal Information” means information related to a person which allows such person to be identified whether directly or indirectly, excluding information of a deceased person in particular, pursuant to the law on data privacy.
- “Processing” means the processing of personal data, whether or not automated, such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, modification or adaptation, recall, consultation, using, disclosure (By transmitting, transferring, publishing, or making available or accessible by any method), arrangement, integration, blocking or limiting, deletion or destruction
- “SET Group” means SET and companies in SET Group
- “Companies in SET Group” means companies established by the SET or subsidiaries of the SET in which the SET holds at least 50 (fifty) percent of the registered capital whether directly or indirectly.
- “TSD” means the Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd.

3. Terms of TSD Investor Portal service
- Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions for using TSD Investor Portal, as specified in this document, including the additional terms and conditions that TSD will add in the future. In addition, the users agree to comply with all the related laws and regulations.
- Users acknowledge and agree that to amend any information via TSD Investor Portal means it will be legally valid and shown in the securities holder’s registration and the revised information will be considered current as appeared in the latest securities holder’s registration unless users amend it further through other channels later on.
- Users acknowledge and understand that TSD Investor Portal Service may be linked to the work system or services of other persons such as the system of the Revenue Department to facilitate Users in access to further services apart from this site. However, the linked system or the other persons’ services does not mean that it is under the control or responsibility of TSD. Therefore, Users are requested to study the terms and conditions for the use of each linked system or the other persons’ services. In addition, TSD cannot guarantee the correctness, reliability or safety of the linked system or the other persons’ services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by Users as a result of the use or linkage of such linked system or the other persons’ services. Also, if Users make any transactions or have any operations through the TSD Investor Portal service in connection with the linked system or the other persons’ services, Users shall agree to comply with the conditions as prescribed by TSD.
- Users may cancel or terminate the use of any provided service via TSD Investor Portal website by following the steps and process specified on the website.
- Users acknowledge and agree that users have to access by entering their own username and password for using the service.
- Users acknowledge and agree that if the user enters an incorrect username and/or password more than 3 times, the user will not be able to use the service. If the user wants to continue using the service, the user will have to use the "Forget Password" menu via TSD Investor Portal website according to the specified steps and procedure.
- Users acknowledge and agree that The password is confidential and must be kept confidential by the user. Users can change his /her password anytime without having to notify TSD.
- Users acknowledge and agree that in any case of using TSD Investor Portal service identified by username and password, it is considered that such act is correct and complete and is the user’s own act, and the user agrees to be responsible for all the actions resulted from such act. In addition, in the event of any damage caused by any issue whatsoever, the user agrees not to argue or raise such issue as a reason to make TSD to be responsible for the damage on behalf of and/or to the user in any case whatsoever.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- TSD has no liability whatsoever for any damage occurred to users when using TSD Investor Portal service.
- In the event that the computer system of TSD or the communication system has technical problems and users cannot use the service, users agree not to raise such issue whatsoever as a reason to complain that TSD has to be responsible for.
- In the event of any damage caused by a user of TSD Investor Portal, the user agrees to fully and unconditionally pay for those damages occurred to TSD.
- TSD may amend, adjust or add the terms and conditions of use and/or cancel the services for TSD Investor Portal users at any time without having to inform the user in advance and without having to explain the reason to amend, adjust and/or cancel the services.
