Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul
Chairman of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul is the 17th Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Prior to joining SET, Dr. Prasarn held several prominent national positions such as Governor of the Bank of Thailand (BOT), Secretary General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), President of Kasikornbank Public Company Limited and Chairman of the National Economic Reform Committee. He is also currently serving in a number of Board of Directors of Business Corporations and Charity Organizations.

After graduated with a First-Class honours from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University in 1974, followed immediately by a Master’s Degree in Engineering at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), he won the Ananda Mahidol Scholarship to pursue his M.B.A. and Doctoral degree in Business Administration at Harvard University (1976-1981). He has also been awarded five honorary doctoral degrees in Economics and Business Administration from five universities in Thailand.

Dr. Kobsak Pootrakool
Chairman, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organization (FETCO)

Dr.Kobsak Pootrakool has been a Chairman of the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organization (FETCO) since June 1, 2022. He also currently serves as Director and Senior Executive Vice President at Bangkok Bank, Chairman of Community Organizations Development Institute (CODI), Chairman of The Office of SMEs Promotion and Vice Chairman at Thai Listed Companies Association.

Prior to his current role, he has long standing professional career in public and private sectors. Kobsak served as Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office of Thailand, and was earlier Vice Minister of the Prime Minister's Office as well as a member of the Constitution Drafting Committee. As a veteran in financial industry, He helped develop and implement monetary and financial institution policies, as well as capital market masterplan directions, during his working at The Bank of Thailand and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. He is also a widely recognized economist. Kobsak was awarded 2009 the Puey Ungphanorn Model as the 2009 best young economist in Thailand.

Kobsak has earned his PhD in macroeconomics and international economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, after completed BA in mathematics and economics from Williams College, the United States.

Mr. Adam Brennan
Chief Sustainability Office of Thai Union Group

Adam has extensive global leadership experience in driving through impactful sustainability programs across complex supply chains. At Thai Union, Adam reports into the CEO and is a member of the Group’s Global Leadership Team. He has ultimate responsibility for delivering on the goals under our sustainability strategy, SeaChange®, including; Safe & Legal Labour, Responsible Sourcing, Responsible Operations and People & Communities. All of these initiatives are key contributors to the Company’s 2030 strategy and align with Thai Union’s corporate goal of “Healthy Living, Healthy Oceans”.

Previously, Adam has spent the last decade in Asia working on driving sustainability across the footwear and fashion industry, where he served as a Board Director on various multistakeholder initiatives, as well as, leading the sustainability programs for C&A, a leading global fashion retailer, and PUMA, the well-known sport and lifestyle company.

Mr. Chana Poomee
Chief Sustainability Officer of SCG Group

Chana Poomee is appointed as the first Chief Sustainability Office (CSO) of SCG in 2023 and also the Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) since 2020. As director of SCG’s subsidiaries and associates, Chana is the director of Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited (Q-CON) and other companies as assigned by SCG.

In 2018, Chana received the Honorary Degree, Doctor of Engineering (Industrials Engineering), King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. He has long experience in cement and building materials business. He worked as a Country Director-Myanmar of SCG Cement-Building Materials, a Managing Director of ECO Plant Services Company Limited, a Managing Director of Mawlamyine Cement Limited, a Vice President-Operations of SCG Cement-Building Materials and a Vice President in charge of Cement and Green Solution Business.

Mr. Narun Wiwattanakrai
Chief Marketing Officer of Siam Wellness Group

Mr. Narun Wiwattanakrai is currently the Executive Director of Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Development Activities of Thailand’s Largest and most comprehensive Spa & Wellness Chain with many well-known brands including Let’s Relax Spa, RarinJinda Wellness Spa, Stretch me, Dr. Spiller Pure Skin Care Solutions and Baan Suan Massage (Over 70 branches in 3 countries – Thailand, China and Myanmar). He is also responsible for Company’s Investor Relations including IR Strategy Development, IR Planning and IR Communications with Overseas and Local Funds, Analysts, Shareholders and Media.

Under his tenure, he has listed his family business to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2014, being the first and only Spa publicly listed Company (“mai: SPA” Current Market Cap approx.. 10 Billion THB). Siam Wellness Group Public Co. Ltd. has won numerous awards including Forbes Asia’s 200 Best under a Billion for 3 consecutive years (2018-2020) Best Small Cap Company from Finance Asia (Asia’s Best Companies 2020), Asia’s Top 50 Best Brands, 1 of 8 Most Luxury Spas in the World, Best Investor Relations by mai Company, IR Magazine Awards South East Asia, Best Investor Relations Awards for listed Company in mai, SET Awards (2018, 2020), People’s Choice Awards for Best Spa for Chinese Tourists for 3 consecutive years (2015-17) and multiple Industry Awards such as Best Luxury Destination Spa, Best Days Spa, Best Value for Money Spa.

Mr. Narun graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor in Economics and Political Studies and holds a MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.

Mr. Vitoon Sila-On
Chief Executive Officer of S&P Syndicate

Mr. Vitoon Sila-On is the CEO of S&P Group in Thailand and the Chairman of S&P business in Cambodia.

Have more than 20 years of experience in food and beverage business with a wide range of responsibilities, including business development, marketing , human resources, and operation.

Earned a BSC from Boston University and MBA from University of North Carolina. Currently President of Boston University Alumni Association in Thailand form 2021-present. Has a passion for sharing happiness through good golf, great music, delicious food and marvelous travel experience with family and friends.

Dr. Chaya Chandavasu
Executive Vice President – Sustainability of PTT Global Chemical

Dr. Chaya Chandavasu is currently Executive Vice President of Sustainability at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), one of the largest integrated refining and chemical business and a leading corporation in the Asia-Pacific region. He is also a member of the Board of Directors in several companies under GC’s umbrella, such as GC Ventures Company Limited in Thailand, and GC Ventures America Corporation in USA. Currently, Dr. Chaya’s main responsibility is leading the development and execution of a broad-based, company-wide strategic sustainability initiatives, integrating sustainability throughout the organization.

Dr. Chaya has intensive management experiences, specifically from the executive position leading the corporate’s sustainability programs, communications both inside & outside group of GC, managing the corporate ESG in line with the global & national agenda (UN SDGs), driving the sustainable change on the relevant areas e.g. Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production, and Goal 13: Climate action especially targeting and getting to Net Zero emissions, innovation strategy management, international business, sales & marketing as well as corporate venture capital. With more than 23 years of experience in the global oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industry, he dedicated his expertise and insights to build and lead global market-driven innovation and sustainability organization for leading global chemical company creating competitive advantages and sustained growth.

Dr. Chaya has a Bachelor of Chemistry (First Class Honors) from Mahidol University, Thailand Master and Ph.D. of Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA.

Dr. Tanupol Virunhagarun
Chief Executive Officer of BDMS Wellness Clinic

Dr. Tanupol Virunhagarun received a medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. Then, he went on to pursue his interest in Anti-aging medicine and get certified in American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) from Chicago, Illinois, USA. After that, he has recieved licenses as a preventive medicine specialist in Public Health, and Lifestyle Medicine from the Thai Medical Council, Thailand.

Dr. Tanupol Virunhagarun is currently the President of the Bangkok Association of Regenerative Medicine and Obesity Education Promotion (BARSO) and the Chief Executive Officer of BDMS Wellness Clinic and BDMS Wellness Resort.

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi
Secretary General of Thailand Board of Investment

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi became Secretary General, Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) since October 2022. Previously, he had been serving as Deputy Secretary General (2017-2022), Senior Executive Advisor of the BOI (2016-2017), Executive Director of Investment Strategy and Policy Bureau (2015-2016), and Executive Director of Management Information Systems Bureau (2014-2015).

He began his career at the BOI in 1995, working as Investment Promotion Officer in various divisions such as Investment Services Center, International Affairs Division, and Planning and Development Division. He also served as Executive Assistant to two Secretaries General of the BOI. After that he became Director of Economic and Investment Strategy Division and concurrently Director of Center for Development of New Investment Promotion Strategy and Policy.

Mr. Therdsteerasukdi’s work experience includes a secondment to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs during 2001 – 2002 and 2004 – 2006. Meanwhile, he was appointed to be Deputy Director of One Tambon, One Product (OTOP) Program Coordination Office, the Prime Minister’s Office. He was then assigned to be Head of the Secretariat of Economic Advisory Committee to the Prime Minister during 2009 – 2011.

He is currently the Vice President of Chulalongkorn University’s Economics Association, a board member of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, a board member of National Nanotechnology Center, a member of the Public Sector Development Sub-Committee, a member of the Civil Service Commission Sub-Committee and a member of Special Task Force for Building New Priority Industries (PMO Team) under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister.

Mr. Therdsteerasukdi earned his Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Chulalongkorn University, Bachelor of Law from Ramkhamhaeng University, and M.A. in Economics from Boston University, USA. Additionally, he received a certificate in Economic Management for Development from Curtin University, Australia and an advanced certificate in Public Administration and Public Law from King Prajadhipok’s Institute.

He was the author of two books, titled “Next Generation Leaders” and “Global Village”, and a co-editor of the “Thailand Stand-up” book. Furthermore, he was a columnist of “Investment for the future” and “Smart EEC” in the newspaper and magazine. He was also Chairman of the working group for “50th Anniversary of the Board of Investment” memorial book in 2016.

He has also been the recipient of numerous awards such as “Outstanding Extracurricular Activist in 1994” from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, and “Outstanding Civil Servant in 2015” from the Prime Minister.

Mr. Chate Benchavitvilai
Portfolio Manager of JP Morgan Asset Management

Chate Benchavitvilai, Executive Director, is a Portfolio Manager / Country Specialist for Vietnam and Thailand equities and a member of the ASEAN team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team. Based in Singapore, he joined the firm in 2017 from Credit Suisse AG where he was the head of research of Asia Frontier Markets. He began his career in the industry at Credit Suisse AG in 2006 where he was an equity analyst covering Asian Telecoms for 9 years. Chate obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

Ms. Pratarnporn Phornprapha (Khun Em)
Vice Chief Executive Officer of Rever Automotive

Khun Em is an early-stage investor with an impressive track-record of identifying disruptive technologies and trends. She has formed long-standing relationships with banks, venture financing, venture and private equity funds.

Other than her links with numerous technology companies overseas, with her investments with several exits to Amazon and others, she has founded Rever Automotive in 2022 with Khun Pratarnwong Phornprapha to focus on the distribution and sales of Electric Vehicles, with the end goal of decarbonizing Thailand. The company is the sole distributor of BYD Passenger Vehicles in Thailand. The company had recently acquired a Commercial Vehicle Distribution and servicing Company to add to the Rever Umberlla and had launched in March 2023, Rever Commercial Vehicles to tackle the Carbon in the logistics space which accounts for 37% of the emission from transport. Both two founders are the majority shareholders in Rever Group.

With an impact angle in mind, Khun Em has set out to found Blue Silo in 2022. a company focused on a Impact businesses to help, to decarbonization, and to support a circular economy in generating more income to SMEs and Individuals. The company focuses on technology that tackles both problems in the country with a long-term goal of improving standards and quality of life in Thailand. The first company launched under the Blue Silo umbrella is Cargomatic Thailand, a logistics Platform that tackles the LTL space, in order to lessen the vehicles on Road for logistics. As well as LTLs, the platform will also help individuals to earn extra revenue in the ever-changing job market and help SME operations, increase bookings for smaller companies as well as hybrid fintech model that helps support SME cashflows.

Dr. Soraphol Tulayasathien
Senior Executive Vice President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Dr. Soraphol received his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He has extensive experience in public, private, and academic sectors, having worked at Siam Commercial Bank; Department of Trade Negotiations, Ministry of Commerce; and Fiscal Policy Office, Ministry of Finance. He also teaches economics and finance part-time at Thammasat University and NIDA Business School.

Currently, Dr. Soraphol is the Senior Executive Vice President at the Stock Exchange of Thailand responsible for corporate strategy, international relations, and research.

Mr. Thitithep Nophaket
Head of Equity Research of Kiatnakin Phatra Securities

Thitithep Nophaket is a Managing Director and Department Head of Equity Research at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities PCL. Thitithep joined Kiatnakin Phatra Securities in 2004. He has covered telecommunication, media, and foods sectors. He won the award for Technology from the Securities Analysts Awards Years 2006-2007, 2011 and 2013. Thitithep received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Michigan State University East Lansing and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Chulalongkorn University.

Vice President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Pimpan studied international business relations and environmental policy at the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she received the Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) in 2004. An experienced development practitioner, she began her career in 1999 with the Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage where she contributed to developing social enterprises and disseminating the foundation's sustainable development approach within Thailand and abroad – particularly Myanmar and Afghanistan. She also lectured at universities and served as a member of different judging committees in the areas of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. In 2019, she joined the private sector, believing in its potential to lead the change towards sustainability. As a Director of Thailand Responsible Business Network under Thailand Listed Company Association, she formed a collaborative network among private companies and other sectors to materialize sustainability in action.

Currently, Pimpan is a Vice President at the Stock Exchange of Thailand responsible for education and promotion of sustainable business and investment.

Ms. Chanpen Sirithanarattanakul
Head of Research of DBS Vickers Securities

Chanpen Sirithanarattanakul has been in the Sell-side Research for 32 years, covering various sectors including Property, Building Materials, and small-cap stocks at Tisco Securities, Seamico Securities, W.I. Carr, and lastly with Vickers Ballas which later in 2001 merged with DBS Securities and became DBS Vickers Securities. Chanpen was appointed Head of Research at DBS Vickers Securities (Thailand) in 2006. She currently oversees a Research team of 14 people at DBS Vickers Securities (Thailand) office. She also covers Strategy, Electronics, and Property & REIT sectors.

Mr. Kerati Kijmanawa
Chief Executive Officer of Airports of Thailand

Mr. Kerati Kijmanawat has been the President of Airports of Thailand Public Limited Company (AOT) since April 24, 2023. He previously worked as a Senior Executive Vice President (Engineering and Construction) at AOT. Prior to joining AOT, he held various positions in leading organizations including Deputy Managing Director at Index International Group Co., Ltd. and Executive Director at PTL Consultants, Co., Ltd

After graduated with a first class honors degree from the Faculty of Engineering, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand, he further pursued his studies at the University of Tokyo, Japan, where he earned a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and completed Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Research and Infrastructure Planning.

Mr. Supachoke Supabundit
President of Kiatnakin Phatra Securities

Supachoke has been appointed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand Board of Governors since August 2022 and currently serves as a Director in the Association of Thai Securities Companies.

He has been President of Kiatnakin Phatra Securities since January 2020, and currently holds various executive and board positions in Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group. Prior to his current roles, he spent 16 years in Investment Banking overseeing mergers and acquisitions and fund-raising activities.

Supachoke received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.

Dr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput
Governor of Bank of Thailand

Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput is the 24th Governor of the Bank of Thailand and board member for the National Economic and Social Development Council, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Insurance Commission.

Sethaput has extensive experience in economics, policy and financial markets. He has held senior positions with the Siam Commercial Bank group; the Stock Exchange of Thailand; and the Ministry of Finance, and has served on the Board of Directors at PTT Exploration and Production, Osotspa, TMB Bank, and the Bank of Thailand, where he was also on the Monetary Policy Committee.

Prior to returning to Thailand, he was with the World Bank in Washington, DC and McKinsey & Co. in New York. Sethaput received his BA with highest honors from Swarthmore College and his M. Phil and Ph.D. in economics from Yale University.

Mr. Tanawat Ruenbanterng
Head of Institutional Research of Tisco Securities

Tanawat Ruenbanterng is an experienced economist and equity analyst, and now the Head of Research, at TISCO Securities. With 15 years of experience, he has a successful track record covering Market Strategy, Thai bank, consumer finance, and commerce sectors, establishing strong franchises both domestically and regionally. He has 8 years of experience working with leading institutions like Deutsche-TISCO and Maybank Kim Eng Securities where he covered coverage of banks and consumer finance companies. Prior to that, he worked as a macroeconomist at the Bank of Thailand’s Monetary Policy Group for 6 years.

Dr. Chuwit Mitrchob
Deputy Director-General of Designed Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA)

Dr. Chuwit holds a Doctoral Degree of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resource Development from Southern Cross University, New South Wales, Australia as a Royal Thai Government Scholarship student. He was posted as Counselor (Agriculture) in the diplomatic corp of the Mission of Thailand to the European Union, Royal Thai Embassy, Brussels, Belgium. He then moved to work at the Office of National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) serving in executive positions, including the last position of Executive Director of Competitiveness Development Office. He has been on missions to over 40 countries.

At the NESDB, he also had significant performances in the roles of secretariat of a number of high-ranking national committees chaired by the Prime Minister such as National Committee on Competitiveness Development, National Committee on Creative Economy Policy, National Committee of Joint Public and Private Economic Development, National Committee on Economic Cooperation Development with Neighboring Countries. He was appointed by the NESDB as the head of working group on drafting Thailand Strategies towards ASEAN Community.

In the area of tourism, he was a member of National Tourism Policy Committee. He is now Deputy Director-General of the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA) under Ministry of Tourism and Sports. He has initiated windows of cooperation between DASTA and international tourism bodies. He was a pioneer who brought the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) into the circle of sustainable tourism development in Thailand. He was the key person who supported the establishment of Asian Ecotourism Network (AEN) in Thailand. He has presented successful works of DASTA, including projects and activities in relation to low carbon tourism, creative tourism, gastronomy tourism and community-based tourism at national and international conferences. His expertise also includes driving potential cities to become part of UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN), in particular, Sukhothai (Creative City of Crafts and Folk Art) and Petchaburi (Creative City of Gastronomy).

Recently, he has received a Degree on National Defence Program (63rd batch) from King Rama 10. His thesis “Applying the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria for Uplifting Tourism of Thailand” was given a distinction. He was also selected by the National Defence College as one of twelve students to present to the Prime Minister on the topic “Transforming Thailand’s Tourism to Sustainability”.

Serving in academic domain, he has been a lecturer and thesis examiner for doctoral and master degree programs in private and public universities such as Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, NIDA, Burapha University and the National Defense College.

Mr. Thainchai Pisitwuttinan is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Global Sport Ventures Co., Ltd (GSV), a subsidiary of Plan B Media Public Company Limited, and a Board Director of Rajadamnern Stadium.

In early 2022, GSV entered a partnership with Rajadamnern Stadium, which is the World’s First Muay Thai stadium in history and the birthplace of Muay Thai as a professional sport. Since then, GSV has fully renovated and rebranded the Rajadamnern stadium to be a world class sport entertainment venue as well as revolutionized the sport of Muay Thai to be a modern sport that is fan-friendly for people of all nationalities, genders, and ages.

Rajadamnern Stadium is now ranked as #8 of the Top Things to do in Bangkok on Tripadvisor, and its number of tourist attendances grew 16 times (1,600%) within one year. Its flagship program, RWS - Rajadamnern World Series, is the fastest growing Muay Thai program in the country with over 200% TV rating growth, and RWS is now being broadcasted to over 200 countries and territories around the world on DAZN, the highest grossing sports app in the world.

Mr. Thainchai graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He started his professional career as a management consultant at McKinsey&Company. Some of his highlights in the combat sports industry before co-founding GSV include leading the careers of boxers such as Srisaket Sor Rungvisai to win the World title at Madison Square Garden, NYC on HBO Pay-Per-View and promoting WP Boxing series to be awarded as the Program of the Year by the World Boxing Council in 2019.
