Description                              :
As notified by the Stock Exchange of Thailand for TSR Living Solution Public 
Company Limited (the "Company") is required to clarify the information in the
financial statements for the year 2024, as the auditor issued a disclaimer of
opinion with an emphasis of matters in case of material uncertainties of ability
to continue as going concern. The financial statements for the year 2024 show a
loss of 715 million baht and deficits of 945 million baht. The Company has
already submitted explanations via the SET's disclosure system on April 3, 2025.

The Audit Committee and the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting on April
 10, 2025, to review the SET's queries and have the following opinions:
