Reference: Letter No. BorJor. 107/2025 dated April 9, 2025 regarding the request
 for clarification on the 2024 financial statements
With reference to the above-mentioned letter in which the Stock Exchange of 
Thailand ("SET") requested the Company to provide additional clarification
regarding the 2024 annual financial statements, the Company has considered the
issues raised and found that several of them require additional time to gather
relevant information and consult with the auditor and other related departments
to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the clarification. The information
must also be presented to the Audit Committee and the Company's Board of
Directors for consideration and opinion. Furthermore, the process falls within a
long holiday period, which may result in the Company being unable to complete
the clarification within the timeline specified in the referenced letter.
Therefore, the Company respectfully requests an extension of the deadline for 
submitting the clarification from April 16 and April 22, 2025, to April 24,
2025. The Company affirms its awareness of the importance of accurate and
complete disclosure to the SET and investors and will expedite the process to
the best of its ability.
We respectfully submit this request for your kind consideration to extend the 
deadline for submitting the clarification regarding the 2024 financial
statements from April 16 and April 22, 2025, to April 24, 2025.
