(the "Company"), hereby notify you that Tidlor Holdings
Public Company Limited, as the tender offeror, has announced an extension of the
 tender offer period. This
extension aims to facilitate shareholders and provide additional time for the 
shareholders of the Company to
accept the tender offer. The end of the tender offer period, originally set for 
16 April 2025, has been extended
to 30 April 2025, resulting in a total tender offer period of 35 business days. 
This is the final period that will not
further extend. All other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain 
unchanged. Shareholders may refer
to the attached document (Form 247-6-Kor) for further details.
