Subject                                  : Clarification of Information in the 
Q3/2024 Financial Statements as Requested by SET by SET
Description                              :
As requested by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Thai Nondestructive 
Testing Public Company Limited ("the Company") hereby provides clarification
regarding the Q3/2024 financial statements, which have been reviewed by the
external auditor. The auditor has issued a qualified opinion due to the
Company's investment in Rise Plus Co., Ltd. (Rise Plus) (a 70%-owned subsidiary)
and its joint venture agreement with Ming Mongkol International Trading Co.,
Ltd. (MMK) for the sale of rice products. The auditor has indicated insufficient
and unreliable evidence regarding the inventory (raw materials), deposits for
goods, the completeness of share capital received by the subsidiary, and revenue
 from product sales. The Company hereby provides further clarification.
