As BKI Holding Public Company Limited (BKIH) has made a tender offer for the 
securities of Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited (BKI) for corporate
shareholding restructuring, at a swap ratio of 1 common shares of BKI for 1
common shares of BKIH, the tender offer period was during March 25, 2024 - June
5, 2024 which was already completed. Currently, SET has already announced that
BKIH will be listed securities on June 18, 2024 in place of BKI which will be
delisted on the same day.

Therefore, SET recommends the investors to be careful in trading BKI's 
securities during this period since BKI's securities will not have secondary
market for trading after BKIH's securities will be the listed securities on the
Exchange in place of BKI's securities, which will be delisted accordingly.
