Results of Invitation to Submit Offer to Lease Samui Buri Beach Resort Hotel

As CIMB-Principal Asset Management Company Limited ("Management Company"), being
the Management Company of Samui Buri Property Fund ("Fund"), had announced the
invitation to seek for new lessee of Samui Buri Beach Resort Hotel, with the due
date for submission of the bidding envelop on 16 March 2018, and there was 1
bidder who submitted a proposal, as detailed in the above-mentioned reference.

The Management Company would like to further inform that, as such bidder does 
not provide all documents and information for consideration as requested by the
Management Company, the Management Company is unable to further consider such
bidder's proposal. In this regard, the Management Company will further consult
with relevant parties to consider proper course of actions.

In the case that there is any progress, the Management Company will report to 
the unitholders via the system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Should any
unitholder have any inquiry or requires additional information relating to such
matter, please contact the Management Company, at telephone no. 02-686-9525.
