192 Annual Report 2017 Finnet Innovation Network Co., Ltd. Finnet Innovation Network Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). It was established on August 25, 2017 with the objective to enhance efficiency of the capital market’s payment process. It acts as an intermediary institution that centralizes payment process and sets standards in connecting intermediary institutions with commercial banks. Operations Finnet Innovation Network Co., Ltd. is a payment service provider, acting as an intermediary that processes payment instructions. FinNet processes instructions submitted by financial institutions such as securities companies, asset management companies, listed companies, etc. FinNet aims to become the capital market’s payment system infrastructure that links between the intermediaries and customers with diversity and efficiency, while operating with high standard procedures and economy of scale. Registered Capital and Organization FinNet Innovation Network Co., Ltd. has a total registered capital of THB 200 million, of which 100 percent is held by SET. Board of Directors 1.
