(1) At the Extraordinary Shareholder’s meeting no. 1/2017 held on 21 July 2017, the shareholders resolved to dissolve the company. The dissolution was registered with the Ministry of Commerce on 31 July 2017 and the repayment of paid-up capital was to Baht 10,000,000 to SET. (2) The total number of authorized ordinary shares is 1,000,000 shares with a par value of Baht 10 per share. All issued shares were fully paid. On 23 June 2017, subsidiary received subscription of 1,000,000 shares at Baht 10 par value which were priced at Baht 10 per share. The paid-up share capital totaling Baht 10,000,000. Subsidiary registered the capital with the Ministry of Commerce on 26 June 2017. (3) The total number of authorized ordinary shares is 20,000,000 shares with a par value of Baht 10 per share. All issued shares were fully paid. On 23 August 2017, subsidiary received subscription of 20,000,000 shares at Baht 10 par value which were priced at Baht 10 per share. The paid-up share capital totaling Baht 200,000,000. Subsidiary registered the capital with the Ministry of Commerce on 25 August 2017. 14.
